1.2 Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Contact our customer service within 24 hours to modify (size, color, customization) or cancel your order. Once production (especially custom orders) starts, modifications/cancellations may not be possible—our silk products are handcrafted and made-to-order for quality.

1.3 What If I Can’t Find the Size I Need?

1.4 Why Is My Silk Duvet Cover Slightly Larger Than I Ordered?

Pure mulberry silk shrinks 5–10% after washing. We pre-make products slightly larger to ensure a perfect fit post-laundering. Handmade items may have a ±2–3 cm variation (normal, no impact on fit).

After washing, it will shrink to your ordered size. If you only dry clean, contact us before ordering or leave a note—we’ll skip the shrinkage allowance.
