The dirty dyeing process is used on silk fabrics, making the originally brightly colored and luxurious silk more retro, cool and wabi-sabi style.
However, the color of dirty-dyed fabrics is irregular and is prone to local color differences and defects. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the matching and coordination of local colors and overall colors during production.

WASHING GUIDE for Dirty-dyed SIlk
⚬ Dry clean is best and highly recommended
⚬ Hand Wash with silk detergent or hair shampoo in lukewarm water less than 5 minutes
⚬ No soap, no bleach, no tumble dry
⚬ Inevitable color fading during washing due to nature plant dye without chemical treatment finishing

All orders are shipped from either Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China. We kindly request 1-3 business days to process your order through our shipping agent. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout. Please note that we only ship to the address provided on your Crose order, so please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details.
We ship all orders with a tracking number and take full responsibility for any lost packages. In the event of a lost package, we will re-send the order or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Default delivery time is 1-2 weeks for orders shipped to the US, UK, CA, AU, EU, and 2-3 weeks for most other countries.
We offer FREE DHL/FEDEX 3-7 business days delivery for order amount over USD 500.
How to order
The fabric width is fixed, but you can choose the length you need. The fabric length is sold per unit, usually in increments of 0.5 yards or half yards. Some fabrics may be sold in 1-yard increments or fixed sizes. To order, simply select the quantity you want from the drop-down menu.
When you choose 0.5 yards per unit:
Quantity 1 = 0.5 yard
Quantity 2 = 1 yard
Quantity 3 = 1.5 yards
Quantity 4 = 2 yards
And so on...
When you buy multiple quantities, you'll receive the fabric as one continuous piece without any extra cuts. So, if you order several yards, you'll get a beautiful fabric without any interruptions.

COLOR DIFFERENCE
Different monitors may display slight color variations, and each batch of fabric may also have slight color variations (especially for fabrics like Mud Silk and Hand-dyed/Indigo fabrics). For customers who have high requirements for color matching, we recommend purchasing enough fabric in one order.
For orders of cut fabric, all sales are considered final.
Cancellations can be made within 4 hours of placing your order.
However, once the fabric has been cut, it cannot be cancelled or returned, unless there is a defect in quality or if the wrong fabric was sent.
All fabrics except wool cashmere at Crose are easy to wash at home👏. Please follow below care instructions to make sure they are always fresh and new. ✨.

Unless dry clean,silk fabrics except Mud silk(Gambiered canton silk) should be prewashed before sewing under below washing instructions:
1. Use special detergent made for silk only
2. Hand wash or machine wash lukewarm (max. 86°F/30°C) at most gentle cycle
3. Hung dry or flat dry avoiding direct strong sunlight
4. Steam or iron low on the reverse side
5. Do not tumble dry
6. No bleach, no soap
