Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and customized products may require additional production time. We will contact you if more time is needed.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from Shanghai, China, primarily through 4PX. Final delivery may be completed by a local postal or courier service in the destination country.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to begin updating.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping service and customs processing. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout begins after the order has been dispatched.

Taxes and Duties
Product prices do not include taxes or import duties. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. Import duties or local handling charges, if required, are the responsibility of the recipient.

What to measure for a custom order

  • Duvet cover: the actual width and length of your duvet insert.
  • Pillowcase: the width and length of the pillow insert; mention any preferred border or closure.
  • Fitted sheet: mattress width, length and total depth including any topper.
  • Flat sheet: your preferred finished width and length, allowing for the side drop and tuck-in.

Include your unit (cm or inches), quantity, colour and destination country. We will confirm the finished measurements before production. If your region or size is not listed, request your exact dimensions.
